Shunfeng said that at 11:45 on September 21, when the salesperson on duty sent the goods, the receiving customer asked to put them in the guard room for collection. At about 19:30 that night, the receiving customer said that they found unpacking marks when picking up the goods in the guard room. After receiving the abnormal feedback, the company started the investigation according to the process system, which has basically eliminated the abnormalities in the receiving and dispatching transportation link, and the incident is still under further investigation.
At the same time, Shunfeng also apologized for the recent hot search events. Shunfeng Group said that it had ordered a full-time team to check whether the existing relevant processes met the customer's expectations and investigate the whole process of the incident.
Earlier, a man in Guangxi said that his sister sent dried fish to Pingxiang by Shunfeng Express. Since she was not at home on the 21st, she let her go to the guard room of the community. But when the man came back for dried fish in the evening, he saw that the fish was only left with its head and tail, and its body was cut off. After weighing, he found that it was 500 grams less than when it was delivered. Later, the man complained to Shunfeng headquarters.
It is worth noting that this is the fourth time since September that Shunfeng has launched a hot search. Before that, Shunfeng had gone to hot search for three times because of "only 1000 yuan was lost for sending 11000 yuan mobile phones", "2000 yuan was lost for sending 20000 grams of gold" and "only 500 yuan was lost for Shunfeng's 18000 yuan bill".
