Smoke erupts from subdivided flat in Sai Ying Pun tenement building; female resident is sent to hospital in coma; firefighters rescue two dogs

A fire broke out in Sai Ying Pun. At about 9pm yesterday (18th), smoke was seen coming out of a tenement flat at No. 117 Second Street.
