Hu Ge becomes a shareholder of a listed company

Recently, the TV series "Flowers" starring actor Hu Ge was broadcast. Some investors found that A -share listed company Hongli Zhizhi Among the top ten shareholders of the top ten circulating shareholders of Hui (300219.SZ) and Zhongzhi Technology (301361.SZ), one of the top ten shareholders is called "Hu Ge".

On January 8, Hongli Zhihui responded on the investor interactive platform that the company could not verify whether the "Hu Ge" of the top ten circulating shareholders was an actor Hu Ge.

Zhongzhi Technology also stated on the interactive platform that the company's current unknown shareholder ("Hu Ge") specific identity is not inconvenient to disclose because it involves personal privacy of shareholders and does not belong to the scope of company information disclosure.
